Comment will: Auf meiner Bolivienreise beeindruckte mich vor allem der Ort Samaipata. Eine abwechslungsreiche dreistündige Fahrt führt von Santa Cruz aus in das Bergstädtchen, wo frühlingshaft angenehme Temperaturen und Wanderungen in unberührte Landschaften locken. Besonders abenteuerlich ist ein Abstecher in den Wald der Riesenfarne, die bis zwanzig Meter hoch wachsen und einem in die Zeit der Dinosaurier zurück versetzen. Wer Glück hat, begegnet in Samaipata einem der seltenen Kondore.
